Yes, always. We use what you share only to make your Moments. We never sell your family's information, and you can change or delete it anytime.
Do I have to buy a lot of stuff?
No. You see the spend before you start, and you choose how you like to do it: make it yourself for less, or buy it ready to save time. Every item comes with a link. Every shopping list tells you when to order, so it all arrives in time. The printables are included.
What do I get as a member?
A whole year of their best moments, made around them, and around you.

Is Lalouli just for Halloween?
Halloween is the first of a whole year of Big Moments. Next come A Tradition of Thankfulness in November, 12 Nights of Christmas in December, The Early Countdown for New Year's Eve, and Winter Wonderland this winter, with more Big Moments through the year.
In between, Everyday Moments make the ordinary days special: 44 family movie nights, a lost tooth, a birthday morning, a sick day, a rainy afternoon. One membership covers all of it.

Is it really personal, or a template?

How much time will this really take me?

Will it work for my kids' ages?

Do you handle allergies?

What if something goes wrong on the day?
Every Moment has a Plan B. A delivery running late or short on time: one tap and the plan adjusts. Out of time? Switch to the version that takes about 10 minutes: just the few pieces that still make it feel special. You can go back to your full plan anytime.
Do I need a printer?
A home printer is easiest, and cardstock makes the printables last. You can also save it as a PDF from the print screen and print it at a library or copy shop.
Can I cancel?
Yes, in one tap. Membership renews once a year. Turn off renewal anytime and keep everything through the end of your year. Founding families keep $199 (plus applicable sales tax) for as long as they stay members.
